Mike helped us sell our home while we were going through major life events such as having a baby and exiting the navy. Even a good realtor would have struggled to deal with us during this period, but Mike was more than up for the challenge.

We bought our home with Mike Daubert's help and we can confidently say that he is one of the most exceptional real estate professionals in the Virginia Beach / Chesapeake / Norfolk area. Of course we picked Mike and Megan. We love them and they are the best in the biz. They sold our house in 5 days..... AMAZING. Mike was incredible. Under the craziest of circumstances, he made the sale work for us, got us an offer at asking price SIGHT UNSEEN. We closed without any issues, he handled EVERY aspect of the house sale because we were in Texas at the time. He was our friend, counselor, realtor, house cleaning coordinator, etc etc. Just incredible. Cristie Braemer was our property manager from May 2019-June2020. It started out ok with her, but deteriorated for me. She would call me worrying and offer no solutions. She was very hard to work with, unpleasant to talk to, and I always dreaded her calls and emails. I would not recommend her to anyone. I am very sad to say this.
